Reports on CaughtOffside believe that Chelsea winger Andre Schurrle is on his way to Germany to join Wolfsburg, with Juan Cuadrado moving to Stamford Bridge in his place.

The €27m deal for Schurrle is likely to be completed within 24 hours, while Chelsea hope to sign Colombian international Cuadrado in time for their game against Premier League title rivals Manchester City on Saturday.
Reports in Germany also confirmed the move:
Wolfsburg have agreed personal terms with Schürrle and reportedly made a €27m bid for the Chelsea player, according to Kicker.
