Proteas batter initially refuses to leave the wicket.
South Africa middle-order batsman Jacques Kallis was given out in highly-controversial fashion on the second day of the second Test with Pakistan at Newlands.

Kallis was dismissed caught at short leg by umpire Steve Davis but the star batsman immediately sought a review, which went to television umpire Billy Bowden.
Replays showed the ball had not touched Kallis’ bat before looping to Azhar Ali.
The sequence of events after that was not clear but after numerous replays Kallis was given out leg before wicket after making just two as South Africa struggled to 139 for five in reply to Pakistan’s 338.
South Africa team manager, Mohammad Moosajee said he could not comment in detail because there was a code of conduct regarding the decision review system.
“All we did was seek clarity from the umpire, which we were happy with,” he said.
“The rule states that if an umpire has given a batsman out and the batsman appeals, he can be given out for something else.”
The controversy arose because the “pitch map” replay showed the ball was glancing the outside edge of the leg stump.
If the original appeal had been for leg before and it had been given not out it would have stayed not out because marginal decisions fall under a provision for an umpire’s call.
Kallis appeared astonished when he was given out and stayed at the wicket, appearing to seek an explanation, before reluctantly heading to the dressing room.
Moosajee said the match referee and umpires would have to clarify whether the original “out” decision had been for a catch or leg before, but Pakistan coach Dav Whatmore confirmed the appeal from his players had been for a catch.
Cricket South Africa communications manager Altaaf Kazi said any statement from match referee Jeff Crowe would have to be issued by the International Cricket Council, based in Dubai.
