Man United, City and Spurs target starts in Salvador.
Netherlands boss Louis van Gaal has handed a first World Cup start to PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay.
The 20-year-old, who has been linked with interest from Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, is included in the Dutch first XI for tonight’s quarter-final against Costa Rica.
Depay replacing injured midfielder Nigel de Jong is one of two changes made by Van Gaal following last Sunday’s 2-1 win over Mexico.
The other alteration sees Bruno Martins Indi come in for Paul Verhaegh.
Meanwhile, Costa Rica bring in Johnny Acosta for suspended defender Oscar Duarte.
Netherlands XI (vs Costa Rica): Cillessen; Kuyt, De Vrij, Vlaar, Martins Indi; Wijnaldum, Sneijder, Blind; Robben, Van Persie, Depay.
