Chelsea have been told it will cost them a staggering £25m to sign West Ham United left-back Aaron Cresswell in the upcoming summer transfer window, according to recent reports.

The 25-year-old has really caught the eye in his first season in the Premier League, having previously shone at Championship level with Ipswich Town prior to joining the Hammers.
Cresswell’s fine displays in the English top flight this term now look to have led to interest from bigger clubs, with Chelsea seemingly leading the chase for his signature as they look for a player to improve on Filipe Luis as a challenger for Cesar Azpilicueta’s place at left-back.
Cresswell certainly looks like he could fit the bill, though the 25-year-old certainly won’t come cheap if latest rumours are to be believed, with West Ham slapping a £25m price tag on his head, according to The Sun.
The Irons do not want to lose a key player, and it remains to be seen if Chelsea would pay that much to sign the defender.
