Manchester United transfer news
Swansea City new-boy Nelson Oliveira, who has just joined the Welsh club on loan from Benfica, said he was advised to move to the Premier League instead of Spain, according to the Daily Mirror.
Oliveira spoke to Ronaldo about the move, and it was the former United attacker that sung the praises of English football, though he insisted he was happy with life at Real.
“I spoke to Cristiano and asked him whether I would find it better to play in the UK or in Spain,” Oliveira said.
“He told me he loved playing in England with Manchester United, although I know he is happy in Spain.
“He thinks in England it is more intense with the fans playing a big role, whereas in Spain it is easier to play because the intensity is not so high and the pressure is lower.”
