He may be back in the starting XI, but David de Gea has not plans to stay at Old Trafford for long.
David de Gea may be poised to rejoin the Man United starting XI for a time at least, but his long term future in the Premier League appears non-existent.
According to the Metro, Real Madrid insider Guti revealed that De Gea will join the La Liga giants at the end of the 2015-16 season.
Guti noted that De Gea doesn’t want to be kept in limbo at Old Trafford and intends to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Man United and Real Madrid tried to complete a swap for David de Gea and Keylor Navas plus cash, but a slow fax machine resulted in the deal missing the La Liga transfer deadline by one minute.
De Gea, the reigning PFA Goalkeeper of the Year, was believed to be on the verge of moving out of Man United this summer, with members of his inner-circle claiming a deal had already been done.
