Man United goalkeeper David De Gea has been left out of the club’s trip to face Club Brugge on Wednesday night.
De Gea has yet to feature for United this season, as boss Louis Van Gaal has insisted that the Spaniard isn’t focused enough amid speculation about his future.

While Real Madrid are still reportedly interested in signing him before the transfer deadline, it has only resulted in him being alienated by Van Gaal as he hasn’t travelled with his teammates to Belgium.
The 18-man squad has travelled to Bruges in a bid to protect their 3-1 aggregate lead, as they look to qualify for the group stage of the Champions League.
However, De Gea will play no part in helping them achieve that, and the news will only further fuel speculation that he is still set to leave Old Trafford before the end of the month.
The former Atletico Madrid star has defended himself from criticism previously by insisting that he has been ready to play for the club, but Van Gaal has continued with Sergio Romero, and the Argentinian has kept three clean sheets to start the Premier League season.
Michael Carrick’s unfortunate own goal last week remains the only goal that United have conceded in competitive action so far this campaign.
