Ospina signed for the Gunners over the summer for £3million over the summer, but his latest in a long line of injuries since arriving at the club has prevented him from staking a claim for a first team spot so far.
His absence will mean that 22-year-old, third choice goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez will be given the responsibility of tending the net against the Belgians.
Wojciech Szczesny is unavailable through suspension following his red card against Galatasaray during the previous game.
Some good news, though, came with the news that key midfield duo Aaron Ramsey and Mikel Arteta are likely to make their returns, whilst Jack Wilshere is okay to feature having limped out of Saturday’s draw with Hull.
