Angel Di Maria has allegedly agreed personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain ahead of a dramatic exit from Manchester United.
The Argentine winger only joined the Red Devils for a British-record £59.7m last year, but endured a mixed first season at Old Trafford.
PSG hold a long-standing interest in the 27-year-old, with only Financial Fair Play restrictions preventing them from buying him in 2014.
But The Times now claims that the French champions are exploring Di Maria’s availability again and have already settled on terms with the player.
A fee has yet to be agreed between between the two clubs, but it is expected that United would take a significant hit on the mammoth sum that they paid.
Di Maria managed four goals and 12 assists in 32 appearances for United last season.
