Real Madrid’s second-best scoring threat, Karim Benzema is a bonafide stud who wants a No. 1 striker role.
It didn’t take long for Arsenal fans to virtually beg Karim Benzema to come to Emirates Stadium following an absolutely stunning defeat against West Ham United in their season opener.
After a devastating home loss that saw Arsenal struggle to get close to the goal despite 22 shots, Gooner fans quickly turned to Twitter hoping they could appeal to the Real Madrid superstar to complete the much-hyped deal.
The transfer bid is expected to be for €50 million and will lead to a four-year contract for Karim Benzema worth approximately £120,000-a-week.

A €35 million signing out of Lyon in 2009, Karim Benzema has arguably been Real Madrid’s most consistent striker not-named-Ronaldo over the last six seasons.
You see what happens when you don’t sign Benzema @Arsenal
