Chelsea have announced the departure of Marko Marin on a season-long loan to Trabzonspor.
It is the German international’s fourth loan in three years, but this time the Super Lig outfit reportedly have the option to buy him permanently for a bargain price of £1.8m.
The 26-year-old was in Turkey yesterday to undergo a medical and agree personal terms.

Marin joined Chelsea for £8m in 2012, but has only made six Premier League appearances in a forgetful spell at Stamford Bridge in which he has been shipped out to Sevilla, Fiorentina and Anderlecht.
He is the 26th player to leave the Blues on loan this summer, and the second winger to exit today following Juan Cuadrado’s season-long switch to Serie A champions Juventus.
