The South Korea international has become something of a forgotten figure after joining the Gunners from AS Monaco in 2011.
Park has played just seven first team matches for the north London club in two-and-a-half years at the Emirates Stadium and was shipped out on-loan to Celta Vigo last term – scoring four goals in 25 appearances.
The forward will be looking to gain more first team opportunities with the Hornets than has been the case under Arsene Wenger, as they look to get their season back on track.
Despite reaching the play-off final last campaign Watford have failed to emulate that success this time around, currently sitting in 16th having won just one of their last 10 league matches.
