Argentine signs three year deal in Turin.
Juventus have completed the signing of Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez, the Italian club have announced.
The Argentine will join the Scudetto winners for an initial fee of £10m, with a further £2m in add-ons say the BBC.
The 29-year-old has signed a three-year deal with the Serie A champions and will wear the number 10 shirt.
Tevez’s arrival in Turin is likely to see Juventus end their interest in Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain, paving the way for the 25-year-old to join Arsenal.
It also leaves Premier League runners-up Manchester City short of options up-front – having sold Mario Balotelli to AC Milan in January – and new head-coach Manuel Pellegrini will likely have to enter the transfer market for a forward before August.
Former Boca Juniors, West Ham and Manchester United striker Tevez made 148 appearances for the Eastlands club, scoring 74 goals but his time at the Etihad Stadium was plagued with controversy.
