Liverpool have completed the signing of Norweigan wonderkid Edvard Tagseth, according to reports.
The 14-year-old in considered to be one of the hottest young talents in Europe and has reportedly also held trials with both Everton and Manchester United.
According to Metro [via Tronder Avisa], Liverpool have sorted out a deal with Neset FK Youth for the midfielder, however, he will remain in Norway until he is 16.
The youngster said he was delighted after agreeing a move with the Reds.
“It feels good to finally be done with it and to decide on a club,” Tagseth is quoted as saying by Metro.
“I felt it was best club for me. I enjoyed myself best there.”
Tagseth has drawn comparisons with fellow Norweigan wonderkid Martin Odegaard, with the latter having signed with La Liga giants Real Madrid.
The player will officially make the move to Liverpool in January 2017, but will reportedly make monthly visits to the Reds academy.
