Liverpool have completed their second signing in a week by confirming the free transfer of Danny Ings.
The Reds announced last Thursday that James Milner would be arriving on a Bosman deal from Manchester City on July 1, and Ings will join him at Anfield, subject to a medical when his Burnley contract expires on the same day.

Ings had been linked with Tottenham Hotspur, but was always thought to prefer a move to Merseyside after deciding that he would not be penning a new deal at Turf Moor.
The 22-year-old striker scored 11 goals last season as the Clarets were relegated from the Premier League, and will reportedly command a tribunal fee of between £5m and £8m.
