The Blues secure the signing of Ibe on-loan.
Liverpool youngster Jordon Ibe has completed a loan move to Birmingham City and will play for the Championship club until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old is considered to be a hot prospect at Anfield and Blues manager Lee Clark will be hoping that the winger can help out his side – who currently sit 18th in the English second tier.
Ibe made his full debut for the Reds in May 2013, when coming off the bench in a Premier League clash with QPR.
This term the England under-19 international has made a further two appearances for Brendan Rodgers’ side, making the attacker’s first start for the Merseyside club in the League Cup encounter with Notts County – providing an assist in a 4-2 victory.
Ibe was a product of the Wycombe Wanderers youth system and made 10 appearances for the club before being snapped up by Rodgers in the summer of 2012.
The teenager will be looking to follow in the footsteps of Jon Flanagan and Raheem Sterling, who have both recently broken into the first team after impressing in the youth setup.
