Nani won four Premier League titles, a Champions League and the FA Cup in his eight seasons at Old Trafford after joining from Sporting Lisbon for £17m.
But he was immediately out of favour upon the appointment of Louis van Gaal and spent last season back on loan at Sporting, for whom he made 27 Primeira Liga appearances.

The 28-year-old told reporters on Sunday: “I really am very happy to be here now. I see this as a new opportunity in my career. This is an opportunity for me to show myself. I want to be successful.
“I’ve seen all these fans coming out for me and I was really happy. I want to show them my best football. I always do the best that I can.
“Fenerbahce are a club I have always known. Fener is a club that aims high.”
Reports are claiming that Nani could be joined at Fenerbahce by former United teammate Robin van Persie in the coming weeks.
