Duke Blue Devils G Grayson Allen, who finished 2nd in points for the team in their NCAA Championship game win, has decided to return to school and not enter the 2015 NBA draft.
RealGM.com insider Shams Charania reported that Grayson, who recorded 16 points in Duke’s 68-63 win over the Wisconsin Badgers in the Monday night Championship game – 2nd next to game MVP Tyus Jones – will return to school for his sophomore season in spite of rumors that he could be a high pick in the upcoming NBA draft.

Prior to Charania’s report, ESPN’s Chad Ford had reported that Allen was receiving positive feedback from NBA teams and speculated that he might even be a 1st-round pick.

Allen averaged 4.4 points and one rebound in 9.2 minutes per game this season. But after posting 16 points in 21 minutes of an NCAA Championship game, Allen’s stock skyrocketed – as did Tyus Jones’.
