The 24-year-old has become regarded as world class since joining Chelsea from Lille in the summer of 2012, and has played a key part in his club’s success this season, helping them win the Capital One Cup and also to the top of the Premier League with just six games to go.
Real Madrid have strongly hinted at an interest in signing Hazard after quotes from their influential reserve team boss Zinedine Zidane, who is widely expected to become manager of the senior side one day.
