He said, “I am at the right club. I can develop here, have a coach [Lucien Favre] who trusts me, and I am close to my native Belgium.
“It remains my goal to play with my brother Eden at my dream club Chelsea one day, but for now I want to stay at Gladbach for a long time.
“[Eden] also knows that Gladbach are a great club for me.”
Hazard Jr. also admits that the prospect of playing in the Champions League for the first time with Gladbach is more than enough incentive to keep him abroad for at least one more season.
“I have dreamt of playing Champions league since I was a small kid; now we want to fulfil our dreams and those of our fans.”
