After more than eight years of success at the Theatre of Dreams it looks as if Evra will be leaving this summer by virtue of the fact the Frenchman won’t be awarded a new contract.

The 32-year-old has been one of the few players to have generally impressed this campaign, but it seems a new look defence is required.
