Lampard has been in the national side for 14 years and is the top-scoring midfielder of all time for the Three Lions.
The 35-year-old will join an elite group of Englishmen to have achieved the feat; which includes current stars Ashley Cole and Steven Gerrard, 1966 World Cup heroes Bobby Charlton and Bobby Moore, David Beckham and Peter Shilton.
Lampard’s defining moments as an England player.
Despite many criticising Lampard for never having brought the Blues star’s form from the domestic scene to the international stage, team mate and fellow centurion Gerrard seem to have nothing but praise for the former West Ham United ace.

England go into the game in Kiev knowing that a win will point the nation in pole position to qualify automatically for next summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
Whether Lampard – who will be 36 by the time the tournament starts – will be traveling to South America remains to be seen, but the match with the Ukrainians will be particularly special for the midfielder.
