2) Leighton Baines v Michael Krohn-Delhi
Luke Shaw won’t be starting the match, and Ashley Cole doesn’t deserve to after struggling to get in the Chelsea team in recent months. Therefore Leighton Baines will likely get the nod, and hope to impress everyone with an attacking display up the left.
He will probably be up against the ageing but dangerous Krohn-Delhi, and will be keen to dominate the Celta Vigo ace. If England are in possession, Baines will want to bomb on and support the attack, but he will need to show Hodgson he can get back and contribute defensively, too.
