Everton are reportedly set to contact Manchester United again as Toffees manager Roberto Martinez continues to prepare his squad for the new Premier League season.
Martinez has already recruited England midfielder Tom Cleverley from Old Trafford, as well as signing former Goodison Park loanee Gerard Deulofeu from Barcelona for a fee of £4.3m, according to BBC Sport.
However, the ex-Wigan boss wants more new recruits, it would seem.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Martinez is keen to acquire United winger Adnan Januzaj, who saw his reputation shrink under Louis van Gaal last season.

Januzaj arrived on the scene in spectacular fashion in 2013, scoring two goals on his first ever Premier League start to help David Moyes’s United win 2-1 at Sunderland.
The Belgium youth international was one of the few bright sparks in an otherwise disappointing 2013-14 campaign for United, as he impressed fans with his pace, dribbling and positive style of play.
Januzaj’s fine displays led many to think that he would be a key player under Van Gaal, who replaced Moyes last summer, but the Dutchman handed him just seven league starts in 2014-15 – 16 fewer than Ashley Young.
The Echo claim that Everton approached United about the possibility of taking Januzaj on loan in January.
Although the Toffees were rebuffed, Liverpool’s evening newspaper report that they are considering making another move – this time with a season-long loan in mind.
A Premier League loan deal could be exactly what Januzaj needs to kick-start his stuttering career.

Lennon had started just three Premier League games for Spurs in the first half of the 2014-15 campaign, but he quickly became a key figure under Martinez after joining Everton on loan in February.
The 28-year-old speedster started 12 league matches for Everton, scoring two goals, including a late winner at Queens Park Rangers in March.
