Former Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas admits he had to think ‘long and hard’ about signing for Chelsea from Barcelona this summer, according to El Pais.

The Spanish playmaker, who captainted the Gunners between 2008 and 2011, spent just three seasons with his hometown club in La Liga before making the surprise return to the Premier League with Chelsea this summer.
Fabregas admits he still has feelings for his old club and found it difficult to make the decision to join the Blues, something he says he would never have believed could happen five years ago.
