Former Aston Villa captain Fabian Delph has scored his first goal for Manchester City.
The England international hit the net after 20 minutes of City’s Premier League clash with Southampton to make it 2-0 at the Etihad.
Kevin De Bruyne had earlier put City ahead. And it was the Belgian that passed to Delph, whose long-range effort took a wicked deflected off Saints defender Virgil van Dijk.

Delph scored just three goals in 112 Premier League games for Villa.
His first for City has come on his first league start. His previous four Prem appearances for his new side had been as a sub.
