The Spanish international will sign a four-year contract extension with Barcelona, which will run through 2019.
His current contract is set to expire in 2016.
Pedro became a part of the Barcelona organization in 2004 when he joined the youth squad.
He scored six goals in 35 La Liga appearances this season while adding another 10 in Copa del Rey matches.
Pedro will have a £150m buyout clause in his contract, and the club will be keeping one of their most valuable assets as Pedro has helped Barcelona win five La Liga titles.
During his Barcelona stint, Pedro has also been a part of two Champions League titles.
He will look to lead them to a third on Saturday as Barcelona faces Juventus in the final.
