The Sky Sports pundit spent over a decade as his country’s first choice right-back, breaking into the team as a regular in the starting XI in Euro 96.
Neville also played for England at the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000 tournament in Netherlands and Belgium, but a broken foot kept him out of the World Cup in 2002.
The Manchester United stalwart returned in 2004 for the European Championships in Portugal and played his last international tournament in 2006, before retiring a year later.
