Barcelona have joined Liverpool, Manchester United and Spanish rivals Real Madrid in the chase for the signature of Juventus’ Fernando Llorente.
In reports cited by the Daily Star, Luis Enrique is said to be keen on luring the Spain international to the Camp Nou this summer, and may be prepared to battle the Premier League duo and Los Blancos for his signature.
The British newspaper state that Louis van Gaal had put Llorente on his transfer wish list – perhaps following the departure of Robin van Persie to Fenerbahce earlier this month.
Liverpool, meanwhile, have also been credited with interest; however, their recent signing of Christian Benteke from Aston Villa may have eased Brendan Rodgers’ need to address his attack, particularly with Daniel Sturridge to return from injury and having signed versatile forward Roberto Firmino.

£49.6m Arsenal, Chelsea & Man Utd target in RESOLUTE comment on future
Having scored just seven Serie A goals in 31 appearances, it is certainly surprising that the 30-year-old appears to be in such high demand.
The centre-forward has struggled since arriving from Athletic Bilbao two-years ago, and could therefore be looking to move on from Massimiliano Allegri’s side in the coming weeks.
