Detroit Lions center Dominic Raiola, who established a reputation for himself as a dirty player this season, will not return to Detroit for the 2015 season.
He gained this reputation due to an incident against the New England Patriots where he punched a Patriots defensive lineman in the back of the head.
Raiola had spent 14 seasons with the Lions, and he has reached the age of 36. It will be difficult for him to find work due to his reputation and age.
Sports Illustrated reported on Raiola’s release from the Lions on Twitter.
