The most experienced head of the Arsenal side, Rosicky hasn’t had the game-time he would have wanted this season with 18 appearances, and a mere eight starts.
His lack of inclusion would be the biggest stumbling block to his appointment but at Arsenal for nearly a decade, the Czech international knows the ins and outs, the class required to be at a club of Arsenal’s reputation and stature and has experience as the head of his national side.
