Lynch has been one of the elite running backs in the NFL for the past four seasons as he has reached 1,200 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns in each of his full seasons with the Seahawks.
The running back known as “Beast Mode” will receive $12 million for the 2015 season, which includes a $7.5 million signing bonus and a fully guaranteed salary of $4.5 million.
Although running backs are rarely receiving contracts like Lynch’s anymore, it’s hard to argue his value to the Seahawks offense as he is still capable of wearing down defenses and breaking tackles left and right.
