Winston is having issues with his throwing shoulder, which presents an obstacle for a quarterback who is widely expected to be selected first overall by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
This will give Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota a leg up on Winston in the Combine. Winston still plans to throw at the Combine however, and is looking to battle through the pain.
