FA Cup winners Arsenal face reigning Premier League champions Manchester City this Sunday, as the two face off at Wembley in the traditional season curtain raiser – the Community Shield.
Arsenal’s last friendly action, in the Emirates Cup, threw up as many questions as it did answers for Arsene Wenger, with the Gunners thrashing Benfica 5-1 before losing out 1-0 against AS Monaco.
With places up for grabs when they face Crystal Palace on the opening day of the Premier League season, these five could all do with a good display on Sunday afternoon to secure their places in the team.

The Arsenal goalkeeper is likely to start the season at number one, but needs some commanding displays to ensure that Arsene Wenger isn’t tempted to replace him with new signing David Ospina, with the Colombian likely to be breathing down Szczesny’s neck.
