Who the Reds could be signing in the final third.
Liverpool had a brilliant year in the Premier League in 2013/14, finishing second in the English top tier and returning to the Champions League after a five year absence.
Now manager Brendan Rodgers has to improve his squad ahead of competing in four different competitions next year.
One area where the squad is a little weak is attacking midfield, where youngsters Philippe Coutinho and Raheem Sterling are the only consistent performers.
Therefore Rodgers is looking to bring in recruitment in the final third and here are five options for the Reds to sign.
Marko Arnautovic, Stoke City
It has been a solid first year for Mark Hughes at the Britannia Stadium and new signing Arnautovic has been in fine form despite his previously controversial reputation.
The 25-year-old generally plays on the left wing, but can also operate from the right and has scored five goals and provided 12 assists in 35 matches for the Potteries.
Arnautovic is a real creative force and would provide another option out wide.
