AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has dismissed the reports linking Balotelli to Stamford Bridge, but if the Italian wanted to leave then the deal could be on.
However, the 23-year-old didn’t enjoy the best of times last time around in England with Manchester City and the British press hounded the controversial forward for most of the player’s stay.
