4. The Green Bay Packers defense will hold DeMarco Murray to under 100 rushing yards
Although the Dallas Cowboys running back ran away with the rushing title this season by totaling 1,845 rushing yards, he can be stopped as the Detroit Lions demonstrated. However, the Lions had the top-ranked run defense, so the Packers will have a much more difficult time holding Murray. The Packers run defense has come on strong in the second half of the season though as they have risen from dead last to 23rd.
Murray ran for at least 100 yards in 12 games, but he was relatively quiet in December as he only broke the mark once, and the Lions held him to 75 yards. The hot Packers run defense will do everything in their power to stop Murray and throw off the Cowboys offense. It will be difficult for Murray to rush for 100 yards if the Packers take an early lead.
