The Italian international was brought the the club last summer as a replacement for the departed Robert Lewandowski. But where the club may struggle to replace some of their other stars, getting rid of Immobile may be an improvement. Failing to impress, he’s netted only three goals in 17 appearances this season, but that hasn’t stopped Liverpool from eyeing him as a replacement for Mario Balotelli.
