2. Thibaut Courtois
There is plenty of talk that Chelsea could cash in on the young Belgian, who has spent the past two-and-a-half seasons on loan at Atletico Madrid. But to do so would be nothing short of madness. At just 21, Courtois is already a Europa League winner, a full international and one of the most highly-rated keepers in Europe. He will not accept sitting on the bench but the Blues should promote him above current number one Petr Cech, who is 31. Courtois could play for the West London club for the next 15 years.
