4) Steven Caulker – Cardiff City
Caulker has just been relegated with Cardiff, and would undoubtedly jump at the chance to move to title contenders Liverpool. Because of the Welsh side’s relegation, Caulker would be very affordable, and the Reds have been linked with his services as a result because he has a relegation release clause inserted into his contract.
