3) Arjen Robben (Bayern Munich)
Arjen Robben’s time with Chelsea is almost a distant memory now, but the Dutchman could be set to light up these shores again if new Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal gets his way. The Bayern Munich flyer is a favourite with his Netherlands national team boss, who was recently confirmed as United’s successor to David Moyes. The Red Devils are in need of strengthening on the flanks for next season, and Robben has shown himself to be one of the best wingers in the business since moving to the Bundesliga after suffering a slight dip in form with Real Madrid and in his final season at Stamford Bridge. United may face an uphill task to bring him in though, as he has only recently signed a contract extension at the Allianz Arena, where he will fancy his chances of more success after picking up a hoard of trophies in the last couple of years.
