The left-back has confirmed that when his current contract at the club expires this summer he will leave for pastures new.

Cole has enjoyed eight years of success at the Bridge since a transfer from Arsenal, but this campaign the 33-year-old has lost his place in the side to Cesar Azpilicueta.
