Ashley Cole has left the club on a free, meaning Jose Mourinho needs to bring in a left-back this summer. The favourite is the excellent Brazilian Felipe Luis, who for some reason has missed out on World Cup selection. He’s superb defensively, and could force Mourinho top deploy Azpilicueta on the right of the back four instead.
