1) Victor Wanyama
After beating off competition from a whole host of top clubs to sign young midfielder Victor Wanyama from Celtic last summer, Southampton are now in danger of losing the talented 23-year-old just a year later, with the manager who brought him to the club, Mauricio Pochettino, now keen to link up with him again at White Hart Lane. Wanyama is also thought to be open to a move to the north London club, and could leave another gaping hole in the Southampton team if he does move on.
This will certainly be no easy task for new manager Ronald Koeman to take on, though he will at least have plenty of money to spend from so many player sales, with Shaw and Lallana alone bringing in close to £60m.
