3. Sammy Watkins, WR, Bills
Watkins was arguably the best receiver in college football in his junior season at Clemson, and he has impressed in training camp as well. If E.J. Manuel can make the rookie jump, Watkins will be a dangerous weapon down the road, and he may contend for Offensive Rookie of the Year if he can continue his hot start.
2. Khalil Mack, OLB, Raiders
Mack is already being touted as a great player in the Raiders’ camp. If he can live up to expectations, the Raiders defense will instantly improve since he would be the pass rusher they desperately need. Mack is already a frontrunner for Defensive Rookie of the Year. The former Buffalo linebacker will probably win it if the Raiders can do the unthinkable and contend for the playoffs.
