The Polish international was a key part of Dortmund’s title-winning side of last season and has impressed again this term with a series of rampaging displays down the flank.
At 27, Piszczek is reaching his prime and would couple defensive solidarity with an attacking threat for the Gunners.
Dortmund have proved willing to sell their star players for the right price and the Poland international may be keen to move on, particularly if teammate and compatriot Robert Lewandowski joins Bayern Munich, as expected.
