Perhaps the biggest victim of Chelsea’s lack of willingness to blood young players during recent years, once promising academy graduate Josh McEachran has drifted through loan spells with the likes of Swansea City, Wigan Athletic and Middlesbrough since making his debut for the Blues as a teenager. He is now at sister club Vitesse Arnhem until the end of the season but really needs a fresh start away from Stamford Bridge.
