4. Tennessee Titans
The Titans have a budding rookie in Bishop Sankey as their starting running back, but he has not produced right away as expected. This may cause the Titans to sign Rice for depth. Shonn Greene does not provide anything more than a decent backup, and he may released since he has almost nothing left in the tank. Rice could potentially be the best running back the Titans have had since Chris Johnson in his prime if he signs there.
