2. Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons have one of the worst rushing attacks in the NFL, and Steven Jackson does not have much left in the tank. If Rice were to join the Falcons, they would become less dependent on the pass. The Falcons offense could become one of the elite units in the league once again too if Rice can return to pre-2013 form. An offense with Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Roddy White and Rice would give defenses across the NFL nightmares.
