1. Hunger
Coming off an injury-filled season will strongly motivate Rodgers to put together a bounceback season and show the NFL world that he is here to stay as one of the top quarterbacks. Not winning a Super Bowl for three consecutive seasons will also light a fire under Rodgers, and he thrives on playing with a chip on his shoulder and proving his doubters wrong. Falling to the 24th pick in the 2005 draft and having to wait behind Brett Favre for three years are prime examples of this. While Rodgers may never throw 45 touchdown passes again, it is entirely possible that he will come close to that while leading the Packers to another Super Bowl victory.
